Simply schedule your free introductory class using our online booking system or contact us directly. No experience is necessary4just bring comfortable athletic clothes, water, and an open mind!
Do I need to be in good shape to start?
Not at all! Our programs accommodate all fitness levels. Many students use Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as their path to improved fitness, starting exactly where they are.
What equipment do I need to purchase?
For your first class, just bring comfortable clothes. Once you decide to continue, you'll need a Gracie Barra uniform (Gi), which we have available at our academy.
What is the difference between Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts?
